Hotel was clean, bartenders were extremely helpful.
Rooms had a cold feel to them, no art on walls.
The Hilton Cancun was overall a good place to stay. The pool is great; the beach is nice, although there are lots of big rocks so it's hard to wade. Next time I'll stay a bit further up the island, but it was a pleasant experience. ...read more

The hotel was very nice for the price but I hated being nickeled & dimmed for the computer & paying to park. In future I think it would be better to pay more & have an all inclusive. Drinks & restaurant pricey. ...read more

Very friendly staff, felt safe at all times.
I stayed here with my 9 year old daughter and we enjoyed everything about the hotel. We ate at the restaurants, swam in the pools and did some activities. With all of the security issues lately in Mexico I felt very safe at this hotel as security guards were very visible all the time. ...read more
